Eternal depicts the Ouroboros—the ancient serpent consuming its own tail—but here, the cycle unfolds across its body. Life emerges, grows and flourishes before slowly giving way to age, decay and death. And yet the serpent never ends. Death simply carries us back toward another beginning.

It is a reminder that nothing stays.

Not youth. Not hardship. Not joy. Not grief. Not us.

Everything passes.

Everything returns.
