In my experience, goals go nowhere unless you write them down...which I rarely do. I end up doing this and that and getting some stuff done but I rarely truly accomplish a certain goal. I've been doing deep dives on goal setting, paradigm shifting, attitude changing and just plain ole' positivity and one of the main tasks is to write down your goal on a card, laminate it, carry it with you and repeat it to yourself at least twice a day. Well...just when I was about to hit "buy" on a lamination machine, I remembered I have a laser engraver! So I made this for myself but figure some of you can also benefit.

Your goal can be small or large but I recommend something that will take 6 months or longer to achieve. Don't waste this on something like "floss more". Make it big, like get into the best shape of your life or achieve total financial freedom or start your own business!
