Nothing can be said to be certain, except death and taxes.
This little coin is your reminder of that fact, and can also be used as your basic "heads or tails" coin.
About the art...
Both sides of the coin have imagery that defines death and taxes but each side is more prominent with one or the other.
The "heads" side is predominantly the "death" side with the skull as the center piece. The burning candle represents passing time and the small stack of coins is a hint of taxes.
The "tails" side is predominantly the "taxes" side with the scale representing a balance with it tipping towards the side with the coins. The opposite side of the scale carries a Lily which has long been known to represent death. The open eye and closed eye are a small hint of life and death.
All of the coin options are solid metal, no plating.
The blackened iron patina will fade on the highlight areas with use and bring out more detail.
